I urge you not to let price be your primary consideration in selecting an Inspector.Quality of service, professionalism, knowledge and skill are far more to be pursued than economy of price.
 
Look for an inspector that will put your needs first, that will inspect your home as if it were his own, that takes his time, however long it takes, to thoroughly inspect the home, and will follow through, delivering your report when promised, even if he has to go out of his way to deliver it. Look for an inspector that is concerned with your convenience, that schedules the inspection around your schedule, that carries an Active/Supra Key and arrives on time.
